Kenneth is a real estate investor and Texas native. He began his real estate investing career in 2013 in San Antonio and has been in the market ever since.

Kenneth earned his B.B.A degree in Information and Operations Management at Texas A&M University at College Station. He was an owner and lead consultant at Flexile Multimedia System, a computer network consulting firm, for 11 years honing his leadership, management, and critical thinking skills that has led to the successes he has had in real estate. Being an entrepreneur has allowed him to learn how to understand and meet the expectations of clients and handle the responsibilities of managing project worth $2MM+

Kenneth lives in San Antonio with his wife Allison and their two daughters. He is a woodworking hobbyist and enjoys reading, spending time with his family. He is an active member in his church.

How Can I Invest?

Do I Need To Be An Accredited Investor?

An Accredited Investor is defined by the SEC.

An investor doesn’t necessarily need to be an Accredited Investor to partner on a project with Sumners Capital. We typically are using 506(b) offerings, which allow us to have up to 35 non-accredited investors on a project, provided that we have a pre-existing, substantive relationship with that investor.

Can I Invest Through an LLC, LP, IRA, or Trust?

Yes. Investors are able to invest through these investment vehicles.

What is the Minimum Investment?

$50,000 is the typical investment minimum

Am I Able To Cash Out My Investment At Any Time?

No. Real estate investments are done through a Private Placement Memorandum, which is illiquid and cannot be cashed out like a stock would be.

We typically underwrite a 5 year hold period for multifamily investments. Return of capital or exit of the investment might happen sooner than that timeframe, but investors are best to set expectations of an illiquid investment for this hold period.
